Oh that Mongolian beef is FANTASTIC. Both kids scoffed it down and asked for more! Next time I do it I'll use less soy sauce, no salt and a bit more water or stock. It was very sticky and a bit too salty. For a first time, though, it was grand. Highly recommended!
