No More Stress

Every week I create a menu for our lunches and dinners. Along with that I write a shopping list so I can be sure I have everything in for the week.

I've been doing this since my daughter was born, so nearly two years. It's seems ludicrous to have all of these menus serving just the four of us, so I'm going to add both menu and shopping list every week to help you out.

If you fancy chipping in PLEASE do - the more menus and recipes, the better!

Bon appetit
